NOOS 008

Ahau, Aloha and Ahoy. Here's some more Noos from the Sphere as it looks from over here :-)

Well there's certainly been some rough water on the high seas. Between the Giza Plateau and the Oil spill and everything else that may or may not be happening on our beautiful blue planet, there is certainly a lot to integrate. We know we're at some sort of tipping point, but just which way is it all going to tip? Between the web bots, the prophets, the spiritual scientists, and the lyrics, something meaningful is being comprehended by us all.

2c sporeOne meme that exists in the Noosphere is that we may be experiencing a splitting of the worlds; in that same way that a cell bifurcates in order to continue to grow, with some of us heading into one side of the split and the rest of us going to the other cell. Whether or not this is happening it sure feels like it some days. How could it be that we are one planet, with all these different realities? So much fear and terror, while simultaneously o so much light and loving energy. Here we are then, intending the best for All with each breath.

We're feeling more and more at home each week here in our MHM Home-Temple. It's been lovely to have received some Noo visitors since we lasted posted an update. Very nice to meet you and as they say, Mi casa su casa! For those who peeped the video we posted about the Original Sovereign Tribal Federation ceremony held on the 21st & 22nd of May (if you haven't yet check out the earliest post here), we can report that the ceremony went well. This gathering was attended by our Visionary Mediator Even Dawn, who returned to her hometown of Sydney to participate in the convening of the OSTF and help out the film crew and Rainbow Chai Tent who set up their marquee at the grassy park on Bondi (pronounced Buwandi) beach front. There to bear witness to the reconvening of the Original Sovereigns of this land who have never ceded their sovereignty to the British crown, Even joined in with the song, dance and ceremony shared by the mob who gathered to sign the legalese agreement as well as the traditional kangaroo skin treaty which grounds the relevance of this event in terms of both Law and Lore. To see some of the footage taken on that weekend watch this video on the OSTF Bondi Follow-up.

Even also attended The Dreaming festival at the Woodford folk festival site. The Dreaming is a choice celebration of diverse Indigenous cultural artforms including live music, dancing, workshops & films and the site at Woodford (Qld, Australia) at this time of year was lovely. At the Sekushi stall designer Karen Kaye had custom-made hoodies with the red, yellow and black indige flag on the back which were deadly aye. One highlight of the festival was the performance by King Kapisi, performing an eclectic selection of jazzy, funked-up drum & bass and breaks, providing proof that Hip Hop Lives Here... Another outstanding moment was the opening ceremony performed on the festival site lake-side. Dances and songs from several nations of this land as well as the Island nations and Native American traditions provided an intensely spiritual and magical start to the long-weekends proceedings and through-out the festival there could be seen smiling faces shining in appreciation of cultural diversity and humble pride of origins.

In Music Noos we had a very activated Gal Cab last weekend in Melbourne. MC Tracy set the tone for proceedings with some deep-as-dub poetry set to minimal ambient sounds and sweet incense. Rachel by the Stream wowed the crowd with some brand new material performed with guitar, looping pedal and lovely vocal musings. BiG MiLK kept the loops coming with their beautiful beats, ebullient guitar and luscious layered melodies, and The Kinship kept it rolling until headline act Hugo 1 and Crew came on board to take the 'Galactic Cabaret' concept and run away with it. Hugo and crew combined improvisational theatre with hip hop and far out costumes and lighting to put on an entertaining and illuminating show, ending in the whole room bathed in sound in a huge human hug. (we're still working our way through some gal cab content to post on the site). Upcoming shows include a Galactic Cabaret event to coincide with the 'Conscious Convergence' and another one for the 'Day out of Time'. More info on those events to come. Also, since we last shared the Noos Jshwa has posted up a blog in the Music Noos (with a part 2 on the way).

soniqueIn 2C Noos the 'Home is where the Hearth is' theme has been embellished with a couple of fine heartickles. Sonique A Senshun has published a piece called 'Home on hEarth : (a doco on dissin da legal fiction)', and S Sorrensen shares a sense of coming home with his piece 'Here and Now'. We're also very happy to announce that parts 1 and 2 of Edward's interview with Carl Calleman is online and rapidly accumulating views. A quote from Barbara Hand Clow's latest Astroflash gives a good idea of the content of these two excellent interviews: 'Carl Calleman has given us the true story of our long evolutionary journey and demonstrated that it is divinely guided; we really do live in a Purposeful Universe. Carl is asking people to discover divine guidance by joining in on Conscious Convergence on July 17.' These two interviews are also the first (of many ;-) MHM made videos for 2C, and Edward did a fine job engaging Carl in a warm and lively exchange.

Thanks for tuning in with the Noos, and we'll have another one up soon with more details about what's happening in MHM land (plenty in the mix at the mo). As always, we fully intend for our co-creation to benefit the empowerment of all beings. Hold on to your holon. AHAU YO.
