Telepathy is a process of mental communication between two or more
minds, in which the exchange of mental messages takes place like some
kind of natural psychic bridge between them.We all are constantly exposed to the attack of infinite psychic vibrations, which influence us in many ways. For example, when we contact a certain person, we can experience a peaceful and pleasant feeling, while with some other person we get an intense and very unpleasant feeling. That is simple to understand because we use the same psychic frequency with people who feel the same about many things in life as we do, and the other way around.
However, not just people, houses, buildings and streets, public places, etc., have their own “psychic atmosphere” as well. Even whole cities possess psychic atmosphere around them, atmosphere that contains all sorts of psychic vibrations, which living forms who live there radiate from their minds. As far as I managed to discover, the ability of telepathy was a standard tool of communication in ancient times.
However, after the Earth’s global flood, which as I said before, was
a consequence of a global war, most of the human survivors caught on
the surface were abducted by aliens and genetically altered.
Fortunately, the ability for telepathic communication was not entirely
erased because the aliens have not damaged the centers of the human’s
brain responsible for telepathy, but they have only cut off their
bioelectrical power supply.
Thus, if somehow the bioelectrical impulses can reach those centers in our brain, the ability will become functional again. In fact, to the best of my knowledge, some of the top scientists working underground in topsecret facilities have been well aware of this fact. They have made a tremendous progress working with some of the best psychics in the world, but they still keep the results of their research hidden from the public. However, some people are born naturally gifted to read or transmit thoughts while others have to work hard to develop them. Thus, the good part is, the telepathy can be developed because anyone capable of thinking is also capable of telepathic conversation.
Anyway, with the right method employed, telepathy can still be developed and used as a standard communication tool. The true strength of telepathy is far beyond the level that most of the people believe is possible. Thus, I am completely sure that even today, only one in a million possesses the potential to reach a stadium of psychic development in which he/she can use this wonderful ability the same way it was used thousands of years ago.

Astralwalker, after the long break in 2C zine activity it's good to get
to welcome you to the interview we've been meaning to do. Just to
recap, it was at the public presentation I went to with Jonathan at RMIT
in '09 that we were first aquainted. After making contact you sent me
the text of your book 'Extraordinary Powers in Humans' from which I
selected an excerpt for the Home: Where the Hearth Is webisode.
This excerpt stood out because of the references it contains about
houses and places having their own "psychic atmosphere", but it goes on
to address the human ability to telepathically perceive psychic
vibrations. I'm interested in the way you think buildings & places
are able affect our psychic perception?
As described in my book “Extraordinary Powers in Humans”, we leave
energetic fingerprint on everything we touch. Our Life Force
(Consciousness) is attached to many vehicles that provide existence in
different dimensions of Universe. All those soul vehicles have
different density and speed of vibration, all interwoven between each
other through strong energetic field. That energy field operates on
different frequencies depending on the current activity of DNA and
awareness. For example the energy field is different when we are awake
inside the biological vehicle and when we are sleeping and mostly inside
the vehicle that we refer as the astral body.
In other words, there is energetic radiance around us. The output of
the energetic particles penetrates through walls of houses and
buildings and mix with the environmental Matrix. The stronger our chi
radiance is, the stronger it affects the energetic makeup of the houses,
buildings and places. The main source of power of the
energetic output is our emotions. If our emotions are bad and negative
it influences the environment in a negative way and other way around.
For example: if we live in one house for a long time and our life when
we were living in that house was filled with joy, harmony and happiness,
there will be a strong energetic fingerprint in the walls of that house
and vice versa.
In simple words we create a psychic atmosphere where we live and
work since we spend there most of the time of the day. When you enter a
house of some stranger, for example you can immediately feel relaxing
and pleasant sensation, but in some other house you can experience
coldness, emptiness even sensation of fear and discomfort – which
usually is accompanied by a strong and unexplainable need to leave
immediately. If in case something bad had happened in
the past in that house or place, the more sensitive persons can feel it
or see [removed 'some'] visions that are connected to that past event.
Whole settlements inside huge cities radiate with psychic atmosphere
that was generated by the beings that were living there for a long time.
As I stated before, the dominant emotional discharge that was accumulated will determine the appearance and the colour of the psychic or astral aura of a particular settlement. Another important factor is Ley lines and Vortices. Vortices appear to be points of power or energy on the Earth, and ley lines are the relationships between those points. An analogy could be made that the vortices are acupressure points and the ley lines between them are meridians on the skin of the body of Mother Earth. Depending on the vortices and what happened there in the past, those power points can radiate strong positive or negative energy.
So if a psychically gifted person enters such area his/her perception can certainly shift, allowing the person to see stuff that is invisible for an ordinary person.
You showed us some
amazing photographs of pyramids from around the world during your presentation, there were some
I'd never seen before from China, and also other temples full of stone buddah-like statues. Do you think some types of buildings or
forms that enhance our ability to perceive and transmit bio-electrical
impulses?
Yes indeed! There is plenty of evidence that some of the ancient structures served as some sort of psionic device for tuning into psionic Oneness and taking collective psionic/astral trips to other dimensions. The Ancient Temple in Indonesia, Borobudur is one of those devices. I studied the geometry and the function of this perfectly built, massive structure and understood that they actually were directing so called scalar waves to the exact places where ancient people were meditating. That was done in order to enhance the meditant’s ability to perceive and transmit bio-electrical impulses, mostly to stimulate the emission of so called psionic/psychotron particles.
Note: The term ”psychotron particles” does not exist in the mainstream science. It was created by the shadow government and it is used for secret studies of human psionic potential. It is given to a particle that is found in the inner and outer chi energy flow. Smaller amounts of those particles can produce telepathic connection and larger amounts can influence matter; producing psychokinesis, levitation and a lot more.

In the excerpt from Chapter 7 of Extraordinary Powers in Humans you explain that an alteration to human genetics is responsible for a decrease in psychic perception. Why do you believe we relied more telepathic communication in ancient times?
If you do some research you will find out that everything in the past was
growing larger; insects, trees, birds, animals, sea life. There is even
evidence of five body sizes of human beings and many mixed genetics like
half fish/half human beings. Everything was gigantic in the past. The
atmosphere was larger which means there was more mana or prana in it.
More prana or life force means more functionality of DNA. Today
everything is smaller, trees does not grow so high, insects, birds,
animals, human being, sea life and everything else is not growing so
big, even the atmosphere is a lot smaller. Now we are left with just
double helix functionality and 97% of junk DNA material (which of course
is everything but junk). After the Great Fall everything dropped, but I
would not like to go into explaining that at this moment. I will
present a lecture about this in Brisbane in middle of July this year. It
is obvious that ancient people possessed psionic abilities since their
DNA was far more functional than ours is today and we have evidence that
they were using telepathy as another
tool of communication.
What else can you say about the connection between the latent Meta gene inside the DNA and the redevelopment of telepathic capabilities?
Human Meta Gene is a generator of psionic power. The latest research shows that many of the new born children in the world have unknown genes that can certainly be considered as extraterrestrial in origin.
